A beautiful one bedroom self catering holiday cottage for two, nestled at the foot of Carreg Cennen Castle close to the picturesque Black Mountain and set within the Brecon Beacons National Park.
As you approach you will be in awe of Wales most spectacular castle ruin perched on top of a limestone crag. Step from your front door to enjoy fine country walks with breathtaking views or just sit back and watch a plethora of wild birds feeding from the bird table with Red Kites and Buzzards flying overhead.
Carreg Cennen Castle is listed as one of the top 10 places to go star gazing within the Brecon Beacons National Park International Dark Sky Reserve.
We are within 12 miles of Aberglasney Gardens or the National Botanic Garden of Wales, for a more adventurous walk visit Llyn y Fan Fach lake. The Cennen Arms pub is less than mile away and one of the best golf courses in Wales, Glynhir Golf Club is just down the road.
You can also go and sit by the river Cennen which runs through our land and see if you can catch a glimpse of the elusive King Fisher.
Situated only ten minutes from the historic town of Llandeilo, also known as the chic boutique capital of south west Wales with many independent shops and eateries. Some of the finest coastal coves and beaches in the UK are within easy reach.
Our prices range from £400 to £950 per week depending on time of year. Towels, linen and all kitchen equipment are provided. Fuel is included between June to September, all other times there is a £30 flat fee to be left at the cottage. We also accept short breaks.
